PicAI lets you upload a photo and generate an AI-stylized caricature image in a style you choose. You can preview a watermarked version for free and purchase a digital download, physical print, or framed bundle.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photo you upload, and that uploading it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. We may refuse to process or may remove content that violates these terms.
If your photo contains third-party trademarks, logos, or branded elements (for example, on clothing or in the background), you are responsible for ensuring your use of the resulting image complies with the rights of those brand owners. PicAI is not liable for any trademark or intellectual property claims arising from content present in your uploaded photo.
Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing an order, you confirm that the order details (size, frame colour, etc.) are correct.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. However, because each caricature is generated and processed specifically for you immediately upon purchase, delivery begins right away and your right of withdrawal lapses once generation/delivery has started, as you explicitly acknowledge and accept at checkout. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or undelivered goods.
Because generation is immediate and results are personalized, we don't offer refunds once an image has been generated, except where required by law (e.g. a faulty or undelivered physical product). Contact us via our contact form if there's a problem with your order.
Physical prints and framed bundles are produced and shipped by us. Expected delivery within 1–5 business days within Denmark. Delivery times to other countries may vary.
The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated results can vary and we don't guarantee a specific likeness or outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
