How does PicAI work?
You upload a photo of yourself, a friend, or your pet — our AI transforms it into a funny caricature in the style you choose. The whole process takes under 60 seconds.
What photo should I upload?
A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting works best. The subject's face should be clearly visible and unobstructed.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–4 minutes since it is very high quality. You'll see a watermarked preview first, then unlock the full image after purchase.
What do I get after I pay?
You get a high-resolution image file (JPEG) with no watermark, ready to print or share digitally.
What sizes can I print it in?
The file is high-resolution and available in the following sizes: 10×15 cm, 13×18 cm, 15×21 cm, and 21×30 cm.
Can I get a refund?
Because AI generation is immediate and the result is digital, we don't offer refunds once the image has been generated. If you're unhappy with the result, contact us via our contact form and we'll do our best to help.
Is my photo stored?
Your uploaded photo is only used to generate your caricature and is automatically deleted after 24 hours. The AI-generated image is stored for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Your photo is sent to OpenAI solely to generate the caricature — see our Privacy Policy for the full list of third parties and how this transfer is safeguarded.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Are prices including VAT?
PicAI is not VAT registered, as our turnover is below the Danish threshold of 50,000 kr. Prices are therefore without VAT — what you see is what you pay.
