A gift that looks like the person getting it
Most gifts can be bought by anyone. A caricature of the exact person you are giving it to cannot.

Upload a photoWhy a caricature works as a gift
A personal gift lands when the recipient can recognise themselves in it. A portrait drawn from their own picture does exactly that — and it stays on the wall long after the wrapping is gone.
It also works when you have no idea what to give. You do not need to know their size, their taste in clothes or which coffee they drink. You just need a picture of them.
